Do you support customization as per real samples?
We mainly manufacture customized metal stamping parts and stainless steel deep drawings parts. We warmly welcome your sample order to check quality before mass production.
How long will it take to develop deep drawing stamping molds?
It usually takes 25 to 45 days to make new deep drawing stamping dies. Complicated products may take approximately 55 days or more.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We support an MOQ of 1 piece for prototype products, which may be produced via 3D printing or welding before new dies are developed.
How do you deliver samples and how long does it take?
We work with international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery usually takes about 3 to 7 days. We also offer direct air and sea shipping lines.
How are metal products packed for shipment?
All products are packed with foam sheets inside carton boxes. Boxes are placed on plastic or wooden pallets to avoid damage during long-distance transportation and to facilitate container handling.
Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes, we typically provide after-sales service for one year. If any quality problems occur, our service staff will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
