We have over 10 years of experience. Our system includes departmental quality checks at every stage, 4 dedicated QC inspectors for final examinations, and full records of the production process.
How do you optimize container space given the high freight costs?
Upon order confirmation, we identify any remaining space in the container and can fill it with spare products to maximize your shipping value.
What is the protocol for receiving damaged or broken items?
We stand by our products. If you receive a broken item, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
What are the standard payment terms for orders?
Our standard terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), requiring a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy.
