Q1. How many years of quality guarantee for your products?
We provide 3-5 years quality guarantee for brass faucets and 1-2 years for zinc models. If any defective is confirmed to be caused by us, substitution or repair parts will be sent in the next order.
Q2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 100PCS per model for brass faucets and 200PCS for zinc models. Trial orders for mixing items are also warmly welcomed.
Q3. Can we get samples for testing?
Sure, samples are always available for you. However, customers are expected to cover the sample charge and freight costs.
Q4. Can the factory print our logo/brand on the product?
Yes, our factory can laser print the customer's logo on the product with written permission and a logo usage authorization letter.
